Here is the tenant rental application to be completed and faxed to (714) 505-1562 or e-mailed to sherman@shermansmith.com. The application must be complete as possible to avoid delays and extra fees. A credit report fee of $25.00 per individual will be charges for each credit report. This fee shall be paid in cash, check or PayPal* prior to running your credit report. A copy of your credit report and FICO score will be e-mailed to you. If you FICO score comes in under 600 we will not be able to place you in a property that we represent.

Once your credit report comes in and your FICO is above 600 we will be ready to start showing you properties that meet your criteria. Most of our clients are moving within 15 to 45 days of compleation of this process.
